How to Make Sure That VacationRentals.com Emails Reach You
Keep VacationRentals.com emails from lagging or appearing in your bulk mail.
Emails originating from VacationRentals.com can take time to propagate through our system, as well as get to your inbox. The delay through our system is the same for all inquiries. If inquiries are shown in your VacationRentals.com inquiry box, our servers have sent them out. Also keep in mind, there may be a delay at your ISP (Internet Service Provider), the emails may have been filtered out by your ISPs SPAM filters, or placed in your bulk or trash folder.
If you feel enough time has elapsed and the email should have arrived at your email account there are several possibilities:
- Most of the time the reason your emails are not being delivered to your personal email account is because your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is blocking our emails as spam or you have an email filter on your email account. This does seem to occur commonly with AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, Cox, Juno and many free email accounts. Please contact your ISP about this problem.
- Also if the email address used by the sender is incorrect or misspelled, it will get copied to your VacationRentals.com inquiry box, but will not get to your personal inbox because internet mail servers will not deliver mail if the sender email address is not valid/active.
ISPs are constantly looking for ways to fight spam. Unfortunately, they sometimes prevent “wanted” email in the process. Please work with your ISP to eliminate the problem.
