There are times you will want to check your inquiries from a computer other than your own. Some members have also found themselves unable to receive their inquiries due to spam filters added by their email providers. To help with both of these situations, VRBO developed an online system where members can log into their administration area to view and respond to all inquiries.

To view the inquiries that have been sent on your listing in the past months online, here';s what you need to do:

1. Go to our homepage: http://www.vrbo.com 
2. Click on "Members Area"
3. Log into your account. (If you don't know your UserID and Password, please click on "Forgot your Password," enter your listing number and press the "Submit" button. Your Logon information will be sent to the e-mail address of record for this listing.)
4. Click on "View Inquiries"
