How to Reset Your VRBO.com Hit Counter
Steps for resetting the hit counter on your VRBO.com listing.
To reset the hit counter on your listing, here is what you need to do:
1. As a precautionary measure, make sure your pop-up blocker is tuned off before you begin (if your computer has one).
2. Go to our website home page at www.vrbo.com.
3. Click on "Members Area" and log in with your UserID and Password. (If you don't know your UserID and Password, click on "Forgot your Password", enter your listing number and press the "Submit" button. Your Logon information will be sent to the e-mail address of record for this listing.)
4. Once logged in on the Administration page, find your listing number in the middle of the page. Included in the information for that listing is a link titled "Reset Counter to Zero". Just click on that link, and your counter will be reset!
