Example of a deposit refund letter to be sent with the refund check.
Send the deposit refund letter with the refund check after you have confirmation from your housekeeper that there was no damage or theft. A nice personal touch would be to handwrite this in a thank you card and send a business card magnet so your renters can contact you again.
