Checklist for Creating Comprehensive Directions for Your Renters

Use this checklist to make sure you aren't leaving out any important information for your guests

"In my hot tub rules I include things like: no children under 12 allowed in the hot tub without parental supervision, absolutely no animals allowed in the hot tub, it is strongly advised that you get out every fifteen minutes, not adviseable for pregnant women, etc." -- David M., Waikiki, HI.

"We send every guest (by email or regular mail) a check-in sheet that includes a picture of the front entrance to our condo. Many condo units in our building look similar, especially to travelers who may be arriving when it's dark outside." -Marc, Playa del Carmen, Mexico (HomeAway #152195)
