Vacation rental owners in Napa are encouraged to attend teh City Council meeting on Tuesday, July 15th at 3:30 and 6:30 pm for public comment periods.  Active members are looking for owners to establish a presence and make known all the proactive steps being taken for vacatoin rentals.
