Tips to quickly and easily improve the quality of your property photos using Photoshop Elements.

Since photos are one of the most important parts of your vacation rental ad, it's essential that they be well-lit and colorful. While you may not be able to go to your vacation home or cottage and take all new pictures, you can make the most out of the photos that you have available by using Photoshop Elements. You can download the software and try it out for 30 at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopelwin.

Here are four quick steps that should approve the appearance of any photograph:

1) Adjust the levels.

Enhance -> Adjust Lighting -> Levels…

Move the black cursor and the white cursor so that they are at the base of the “mountains.”
