Hello Everyone!

Memorial Day Weekend is upon us—the start of our busy summer season.

All but one of my properties are booked for week-long stays.  We actually considered using the property ourselves, but it's gotten to the point that we hate to go to our vacation rentals during the busy season. We've been spoiled by visiting during the off season.

I was holding out to see if I could get the full week booked but being that it's already Wednesday, I'm now going to open it up for nightly rentals. It looks as though I have two renters who are serious, so hopefully I'll at least get the holiday weekend booked.

For the rest of the week (Monday-Saturday) I'll change the headline on my VRBO ad, and I'll buy a special offer on HomeAway in efforts to get the rest of the week booked.

I'm pretty confident that I'll be able to get most, if not all, of the nights booked. I'll certainly let you know how it goes.
