Our system is automated to display the listings according to how many photos they contain. For each location, the listing with the most photos will be displayed above those with less. In the case of a tie between listings in the same location with the same number of photos, the listing with the lowest listing number (representing an older listing) will be displayed above those with higher numbers (representing newer listings).

Until photos are added to your listing, it will appear at the bottom of the list for your city/location. Listings with more photos will display higher in the list for each city/location. If you would like to move your property up the list, you can display up to 16 photos of your property. The annual cost is $24US for each additional photo after the first five photos.

Your property will move up as soon as the photos have been processed and placed on your listing. Due to the number of listings that are taking advantage of this program, VRBO® is not responsible for verifying that photos have been received. Please only select & pay for the number of photos you are ready to send. VRBO® will not be able to offer refunds on photos that have been paid for, but never sent to us.

NOTE 1: The listing will not “Move up the List” until the photos are actually uploaded and displaying on your listing.

NOTE 2: Our photo system allows you to upload replacement photos on your listing instantly, without incurring a photo replacement fee. However, if you MAIL replacement photos, then there will be a $3 per photo replacement fee charged for us to scan your replacement photos.
