VRBO.com listings are designed to advertise one rental unit and they work best in that capacity. We believe that renters want to read about and view photos of the actual property they are renting.

If you are in a popular, competitive area, you may want to consider adding a listing for each unit that you are trying to rent. Your inquiries and bookings will typically increase by having more listings. We believe the increase in bookings you should receive will much more than justify the extra expense of another listing.

If there are not a lot of listings in your area, or your budget does not allow you to add a listing for each property, we recommend that you select ONE property to base your listing on. Describe that one property & display photos of that one property. Then, at the end of your rental description, just make mention of the fact that you also have other properties available. Perhaps something like:

"We also have a lovely 1 Bedroom cottage available ... Contact us for details"
