Remember that it is important to be honest and paint a clear picture with the words you choose to describe your second home. For instance, if your vacation home is close to the beach but not on the beach, it would be unfair to call it a ‘Waterfront Home.' Also, keep in mind that while using common words may make your listing boring, using extremely complex words like ‘ostentatious' instead of a simple ‘grand'  might make your listing too difficult to understand. Remember to use physical attractions, amenities and descriptive words that hold true for your vacation home and make renters want to inquire.

Which keywords do you feature in your headlines or descriptions that you feel draw in travelers?
