Aloha everyone!

You may have noticed that we've had Hawaii seminars on the schedule for this month. I'm looking forward to my first trip to the islands, but believe me, it hasn't all been fun and games! Updating my presentations, scheduling flights, booking rental cars, and just trying to learn how to pronounce everything has been quite a feat!

During this round of seminars we're trying something new –Property Walkthroughs. We're actually going to be visiting homeowners at their vacation properties and giving them tips on how they might be able to improve their homes and rentability. I'm sure this experience will also give us plenty of ideas for new articles to write for the Owner Community.

If you don't see a blog post from me next week, don't just assume that I'm just lying on the beach sipping a mai tai. But after 6 seminars in 8 days, I'll certainly deserve that!
