Christine Karpinski, author of Profit From Your Vacation Home Dream and How to Rent Vacation Properties by Owner, will provide comprehensive information on how to effectively make money from your vacation home. Learn all aspects of renting out your vacation home “by owner”, even from a distance. The seminar is from 10 am to 4 pm and is constructed in a presentation format with Q&A sessions at the end of each section of topics and for the last 30 minutes.

The workshops are designed to teach vacation rental owners how to better run their business and improve their listings while learning from their peers. You will receive actual listing scores completed by other owners in attendance, along with Christine and HomeAway/VRBO staff members, to provide guidance for areas of improvement. Christine will also provide more in-depth discussion of search engine optimization and improving search results.
Each workshop is set up in small round-table discussions to allow more time for individual questions and greater networking among owners. Both sessions will be held in the same format, so attendees should simply choose their preferred time slot.
