We're currently looking for guests for our How to Rent Vacation Properties by Owner podcast series. Past guests have included multi-property owners, retirees, and stay-at-home moms.  We're interested in hearing from vacation rental owners from all backgrounds and experience levels.  Here's a sampling of potential topics:

• Do you rent out your primary residence on a short-term basis?
• Have you fallen for a scam?
• Do you own in a vacation market that no one has ever heard of?
• Did you buy your property sight-unseen?
• Have you owned your home for more than 20 years?
• Do you own in an area where there has been a U.S. travel advisory?
• Do you consider yourself an expert a search engine optimization for vacation rental listings/personal websites?
• Do you own property in a country outside of the U.S.?
• Do you own a home with unique access issues (only accessible by helicopter, boat, private plane)?
• Do you find that most of your renters come from Europe?
